Is it possible to check more than just one sentence of text at a time? Such as a paragraph or section?
You can check any length of text that you want, with a limit of 400 words at a time. Most of our users work with words professionally and want to have the control that the sentence level offers.
But in some cases, it might be useful to check more text in one go, such as when reducing word counts or tuning readability. To do this please:
Select the text that you want to edit.
Click the suggester button options that you want to use.
Draftsmith will offer a suggestion in the usual way.
If you're adding more than one sentence, it might help to make the width of Draftsmith wider so that you can see all of the text proposed. To do that, you can click and drag the edge of the Draftsmith task pane when a double-arrow icon appears.
