Why does Draftsmith skip certain parts of the text?

Draftsmith can only make suggestions for full sentences, so may well skip shorter phrases.

Draftsmith will look for sentences that end with . ! ? ! or ; so text that does not end with these may be skipped. Similarly quoted text may also be skipped.
