Why does text updated by Draftsmith not keep formatting like bold and italics?

Currently this is partly a limitation of Microsoft's Azure OpenAI tools, as they focus on the text and wording, and remove any formatting when processing the text.

As such, any returned suggested text will remove pre-existing formatting such as bold or italicised text.
